Share2Quit is a smoking cessation app built around the act of watching prompts and uploading video responses over a 25-day period. The audience for this app is mostly adults above 30 who are trying to quit smoking and/or all tobacco products.   

There are two main pieces to the Share2Quit program. First, there is the front-end  app design that is engaging, easy to navigate and showcases tracking the progression of the program over various sections. These sections include a quit statement, costs & benefits, quit letter, avoiding pitfalls and writing a letter to youth.

To increase a feeling of ownership of both the program and the app, we made the decision to give the users a choice between light and dark modes of viewing. 

The second piece of this project is a website where administration can view program participant data in meaningful, visual ways. This interactive dashboard will have data from all participants that have ever been in the program, and contain filters that will allow the researchers to narrow the data they are studying.
